Infrared sensor: How do IR emitters work and when to use them

Infrared sensors or also called infrared radiators are lamps with IR LEDs that can be used to give security cameras night vision or enhance night vision. The infrared sensors can be placed separately and need their own power supply, often through a 12V adapter.
