Which models with a screen are there?

There are security camera sets where the recorder has a built-in screen and models where the monitor is connected to the recorder with a VGA or HDMI cable. There are also camera systems with a touchscreen monitor, but most of them work with a computer mouse. The models of security cameras that can be used with a system with a screen are very large. there are special cameras for outdoor use, cameras with sound and/or microphone and PTZ cameras that can be rotated and zoomed. All these camera models work seamlessly on systems with a screen.

Which security cameras cannot connect a screen?

A monitor cannot be connected to WiFi IP cameras without an HDMI output. These models of security cameras are made to operate only with an App.

Connect a screen to a camera system yourself

With some camera systems, a screen is not supplied as standard, but it is possible to connect a screen. These have a recorder with VGA or HDMI output to which a TV or monitor can be connected. This does not necessarily have to be a special screen, but it is of course better to have a screen that can handle the resolution of the security cameras.

Hang up a screen of a camera system

Many customers who buy a camera system with a screen would like to hang the screen in a visible location. With most monitors this is possible with a universal VESA bracket or there is a mechanism in the recorder itself to attach the screen to a wall.
