Storage & Memory
Many of our (mini) security cameras do not use a hard disk or internal memory as storage, but store the images and sound on an SD card. The advantage of storage on SD cards compared to a hard disk is that SD cards do not make any noise for unobtrusive video recordings and are easy to read on a computer, for example. However, an SD card often has less storage capacity than a hard disk, although there are already a lot of SD high capacity cards with very large storage capacity today.
