We also follow RIVM's preventive measures at Sitcon. We ask everyone to take this into account as much as possible, so together we reduce the risk of contamination.
Measures in the store:
In addition to the advice of the RIVM we ask our customers to pay with debit cards as much as possible. If you only have cash, exchange the money without hand contact. In addition, we also take extra hygiene measures ourselves, our store employees wash their hands very regularly and keep as far away as possible.
Opening hours of our stores:
It is possible that some of our stores have adjusted opening hours or are temporarily closed. The most current opening hours are shown per store on the store page.
Delivery time online orders:
You can always order on our website. You should take into account that the delivery can take 1 or 2 working days longer than you are used to from us. DPD continues to deliver our packages, but is also taking additional measures. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to seeing you online or in one of our stores.

Returning products is possible within 14 days after receiving the product. We use the Thuiswinkel guarantee return conditions as described below in the right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers and is excluded with regard to business customers. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are canceling the agreement. You can also invoke the right of withdrawal by sending it back without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. You have a complaint:
Although we strive to process your order as accurately as possible and to ensure high product quality, it is of course possible that you have a complaint about our products or services. You can first report a complaint to us by telephone or e-mail with a clear description of your complaint. Often we can offer you a solution directly, but at the latest within 2 working days we will respond to your content and try to reach a satisfactory solution with you.
