Installing an alarm system is something that many people dread and prefer to outsource to an expert. Although the current systems are already a lot easier to install, the sensors still have to be installed. We are happy to help you with the alarm system installation by doing it yourself or by calling in a certified expert for you if you live in Belgium. The installation information below only applies if you live in the Netherlands.
What are the alarm system installation options?
Suppose you have seen a certain alarm system on our website that you may want to buy. You prefer to outsource the installation of this alarm system and the detectors. Please contact us for this, where we will look with you at the possibilities in the field of installation. For example, can we make an estimate of the system installation work remotely based on drawings or a description or do we still have to come by for this. (Only in the Netherlands).
Install an alarm system yourself or have it done
Installing an alarm system yourself naturally has the great advantage that you do not incur any costs for the installation, provided you have the appropriate tools. The disadvantages are that you probably have no or very limited experience with installing an alarm and how to hang the different detectors. Having this done by a professional ensures that the alarm system works optimally after installation and that you do not have to worry about it.
The quotation
Based on the wishes discussed, we or one of our specialized partners will send you a quotation containing a total picture for the costs of the alarm system installation and the necessary components. A detailed quotation for the installation often includes a drawing showing the location. and detection area of the detectors is registered.
The execution
When you agree with the quote for the alarm system installation, an appointment will be made when we will carry out the installation work. The alarm system installation can often be scheduled soon after approval of the quotation and whether this date is already stated in the quotation. On the day of installation, the agreed components will be installed and after installation you will be given a demo of the operation of the alarm system. We also install the app for you with which you can operate the alarm on a smartphone or tablet.
Maintenance contract
In order to enjoy the installed system for many years after the alarm system has been installed, we advise you to conclude a maintenance contract. Different maintenance is carried out on the alarm system per year according to a fixed schedule. You can think of updating the firmware, checking the technical condition, cleaning the parts and any minor repairs.
