Mobile tracing: Opportunities for individuals

Tracing a mobile or mobile phone is actually only possible for private individuals after software has been installed on the mobile that they want to trace. You must therefore first have owned the mobile phone and put certain software on it before tracing is possible. The tracking is then done by a command after which the mobile phone turns on the GPS receiver to 'see' where that view is and then sends the location by text or internet.
