Driveway alarm PIR iConnect Black SMART

This black PIR iConnect SMART driveway detector is an IP54 motion detector with a receiver that connects to the internet via an Ethernet cable or SIM card. When the detector detects movement, you'll receive a push notification on your smartphone.

How does the PIR iConnect SMART Driveway Alarm work?
The Hub is the system's base station. It can be connected to your router with the included Ethernet cable or fitted with a SIM card to connect to the internet. You then install an app on your smartphone. This app allows you to configure the driveway alarm and set how you want the system to operate. The battery-powered motion detector sends a wireless signal to the Hub. You then place the motion detector outside in the area you want to protect. If you also want an audible signal, you can expand the system with an indoor siren that has a chime function.

Highly accurate motion detection:
The motion detector has a very narrow detection angle of 6 degrees, allowing it to detect specific movements with great precision. The sensor essentially creates a line that triggers an alert if it's broken.

Expanding the Driveway Alarm PIR iConnect SMART:
The system offers extensive expansion options to create a complete alarm system. Up to 100 detectors and up to 10 surveillance cameras can be connected to the base station. See the recommended expansions in the accessories section below, or contact us for a suitable proposal.

Wireless but secure:
While other wireless alarm systems risk jamming or disrupting the signal, this alarm system has a special feature to address this. Communication between the Hub and the detectors is two-way. This means that every 12-300 seconds (configurable) a check is made to see if the detectors are still responding. If a connection can no longer be established, the system will trigger an alarm.
