With this care kit, elderly people and those in need can call for help using an SOS button and secure a door or window with a magnetic contact. You can activate the camera remotely via the IP camera and communicate directly via two-way voice. This black care kit is a high-quality wireless alarm system made in the EU. It comes with a base station, an SOS panic button, a door sensor, and an IP camera with two-way audio. This makes it ideal for elderly people, people with dementia, and other care applications. The care alarm is expandable with all SMART accessories such as motion detectors, remote controls, and more.

No monthly fees:
Unlike many alarm systems Ajax alarm systems have no monthly subscription fees. The app is free to use, and any firmware updates are included in the purchase price. Of course, any costs for internet access and/or a connection to an external monitoring station are not included in the purchase price.

Install it yourself or have it installed?:
While this alarm system is easy to install yourself, you can also have it installed at your location. We're happy to connect you with a specialized company, so their experienced installers can ensure proper operation, adjust the settings to your needs, and provide you with a comprehensive product explanation.

Base Station Hub:
The Hub is the central hub of this alarm system. This box connects to the power supply and to your router with a network cable. Optionally, a SIM card can be inserted into the Hub so that an alarm can still be triggered if the internet signal is lost. You then configure the Hub to your desired settings via the Smartphone App and connect the SOS button. The SOS button can be configured to sound an alarm immediately, or when double-tapped or long-pressed. This prevents false alarms. When the panic button is pressed, you will be notified immediately via a push notification in the App.

How to use the SOS panic button:
When the panic button is pressed, the alarm is activated immediately. The panic button can be configured to prevent false alarms from being triggered by accidental presses. For example, you can configure the SOS button to only trigger an alarm when double-tapped or held down for a longer period.

Operation of DoorProtect magnetic contact:
The DoorProtect is a wireless magnetic contact detector that can be installed on a window or door. When the magnets separate, the DoorProtect sends a wireless signal to the Hub. Thanks to the powerful magnets, they can be placed up to 2 cm apart.

How does the IP camera work:
Thanks to the camera's integration into the alarm system app, you don't need separate applications to control your alarm system and security camera. When you receive an alarm notification, you can immediately see what's happening. The IP camera also has an SD card slot and optional cloud storage, so footage is recorded when motion is detected and can be viewed and saved later. Furthermore, this camera features two-way audio, allowing you to speak with the person at the camera.

Expanding the Care alarm:
