With this white U-Prox systems care kit with camera, elderly people and those in need can call for help using an SOS button. You can activate the camera remotely via the IP camera and communicate directly via two-way voice. This white care kit is a high-quality wireless alarm system made in the EU. It comes with a base station, an SOS panic button, and an IP camera with two-way audio. This makes it ideal for elderly people, people with dementia, and other care settings. The care alarm is expandable with all PRO accessories such as motion detectors, remote controls, and more.

Base Station Hub:
The Hub is the central hub of this alarm system. This box connects to the power supply and to your router with a network cable. Optionally, a SIM card can be inserted into the Hub so that an alarm can still be triggered if the internet signal is lost. You then configure the Hub to your desired settings via the Smartphone App and connect the SOS button. The SOS button can be configured to sound an alarm immediately, or when double-tapped or long-pressed. This prevents false alarms. When the panic button is pressed, you will be notified immediately via a push notification in the App.

How to use the SOS button:
When the panic button is pressed, the alarm is activated immediately. The panic button can be configured to prevent false alarms from being triggered by accidental presses. For example, you can configure the SOS button to only trigger an alarm when double-tapped or held down for a longer period.

How does the IP camera work:
Thanks to the camera's integration into the alarm system app, you don't need separate applications to control your alarm system and security camera. When you receive an alarm notification, you can immediately see what's happening. The IP camera also has an SD card slot and optional cloud storage, so footage is recorded when motion is detected and can be viewed and saved later. Furthermore, this camera features two-way audio, allowing you to speak with the person at the camera.

Expanding the Care alarm:

Wireless but secure:
While other wireless alarm systems risk jamming or signal interference, the U-Prox alarm system has a special feature to address this. Communication between the Hub and the detectors is two-way. This means that every 12-300 seconds (configurable) a check is made to ensure the detectors are still responding. If a connection can no longer be established, the system will trigger an alarm.
