Box surveillance camera set - window mounting

This box camera set with window mounting includes a security camera with a zoom lens, a suction cup mount, a BNC cable, and an HD recorder. We specifically designed this camera system to detect vandalism. The box camera can film through glass both day and night. This isn't possible with IR cameras, which means they must always be mounted outdoors. However, because this box camera has such low light sensitivity, it can film in the dark without IR LEDs.

Filming through glass box camera:
Many customers who come to us because their cars or other property have been vandalized tell us they're looking for a security camera that can film through glass, because they don't want to install it on the outside of their house. The problem has always been that night-vision cameras have IR LEDs that reflect off the glass in the dark, thus not providing an image. This box camera is the only camera in its class that can provide very clear images both day and night. The presence of a lamppost or other light source near the object being filmed is enough to capture clear video footage. The images are displayed in color during the day and in black and white at night and in low light.

OSD menu box camera:
The box camera has an extensive OSD menu. This 'On Screen Display' menu allows you to adjust settings such as light settings, FLIP, or MIRROR.

Lens box camera:
The box camera comes complete with a high-quality lens from Japan. The ED-IR Pro lens is specially designed to produce the best images in low-light conditions.

Motion detection
The digital video recorder has extensive motion detection, which can be configured to detect movement across the entire screen or only on a specific area. It also has a pre-recording function, which means the digital video recorder records continuously for 10 seconds and "stitches" it to the movement. The advantage of this is that you record the entire movement and don't miss anything.

Access via another computer
Once the digital video recorder is connected to the internet, it can be accessed remotely. This can be done from a computer using a simple web browser, without any additional software. So, if the recorder is installed in your home, you can view the footage directly from your work.

Approach via mobile phone
You can also access the recorder from an iPhone, BlackBerry, J2ME, Android, or WinCE smartphone. Multiple users can log in simultaneously.

Multitask
The recorder can simultaneously display live images, record images, play back, backup and be accessed from the network without affecting its operation.

Approach via network
The digital video recorder can be connected directly to a (computer) monitor via the VGA output to view live or recorded images. The DVR can also be accessed remotely simultaneously.

H.264 Video Compression 
H.264 compression technology improves image quality and reduces video storage space.

Full HD recording resolution
Unlike most cheaper digital video recorders that only record in .CIF/D1 format, this recorder can simultaneously record four cameras in Full HD quality. The advantage is sharper and smoother recorded images.

Automatic recovery in case of system failure:
If there is an unexpected power failure, for example due to a power outage, the digital video recorder will reset itself to the settings it had before the power failure.
