Recording video or audio material
Note the following:
- The recording of surveillance images is permitted when this takes place on one's own site.
- It is not just allowed to record surveillance images of your own staff. There must be a valid reason for that!
- A conversation can often only be recorded when you participate in this conversation. Often you do not have to ask for permission!
- Do you want to record audio material without being a participant? Only the government has the authority to make sound recordings at moments like this.
Create visual material
