Quality of wireless / wired cameras in the year 2019

Nowadays it is less and less necessary to work with wired cameras. This has to do with a new wireless technology that uses so-called Powerline adapters. By means of the Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology, it is possible to send images and sound via the electricity network. In this way UTP cameras can be made wireless. If this is not the case, surveillance cameras are connected to a recorder via a coaxial cable, in which case you send electricity and video images over the same cable. We call this a wired system.

Wired surveillance cameras

Despite the Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology, it may be necessary to work with a wired system. In that case this is possible with a coax or network cable. Through a wired system, more stability and better image quality can be achieved. These surveillance cameras work via a wired system and guarantee a 1080p image quality. The system is equipped with a recorder with 1 TB hard disk. You can record several weeks with two surveillance cameras. The surveillance cameras are supplied with power via coaxial cables and at the same time video images are transmitted over this. This ensures a stable and maintenance-free camera system. Wireless surveillance cameras

Wireless surveillance cameras are cameras for which you do not need coaxial cables or network cables. Video images are sent via the internet or ethernet. By means of Power over Ethernet (PoE) you can make a system that is wired wireless. In this case your recorder must have a PoE switch. Do you opt for IP cameras? Then video material is sent via a WiFi network. In that case, IP cameras only need to be connected to the electricity network. This set consists of two surveillance cameras with a 9 inch LCD receiver. The monitor has a built-in SD card recorder and can also record at night. You can install these surveillance cameras in a simple way and hardly any cables are required. Only the surveillance cameras and receiver need to be supplied with power, this is done via the supplied adapter. The distance between the surveillance cameras and the LCD screen is a maximum of 50 meters. You can use the wireless cameras both indoors and outdoors, as they are waterproof. A nice thing about the system is that it works with motion detection, so it only records when there is motion and the memory does not fill up quickly. The system has a Dutch manual and can therefore be used by everyone. By means of mounting brackets you can mount the surveillance cameras in a pleasant way and you can immediately start recording.
