How do jammers work ?:
Jammers are devices that are usually the size of 2 mobile phones and are made to disturb the 2G / 3G / 4G mobile phone signals and GPS signals. They disturb these signals by transmitting at a higher frequency than the mast / satellite with which the SIM card module or GPS module makes contact. They are actually compact transmission masts. Jammers are available in many different shapes and designs from key chain models to professional systems used in the military to secure certain areas.
Why are jammers forbidden ?:
Jammers are banned throughout Europe and fall under the telecommunications law. The first reason that jammers are not allowed is because of the safety risk. For example, in an emergency situation where a GSM is unfortunate, no 112 can be called. In practice, however, most of the control is done by the telecom watchdog, because government agencies are hindered by the jammers in their investigations. For example, during observation, GPS tracking systems are regularly used that cannot work properly when the person has a pity on in his car.
