The Ajax Motionprotect Outdoor detects motion up to 15 meters away, is pet-friendly, and IP66 waterproof. The outdoor motion detector can be fully configured to the alarm system via the smartphone app.

The SmartDetect algorithm in the system prevents false alarms from animals weighing less than 25 kg and 80 cm tall. The PIR motion detector combination eliminates false alarms through the use of a FresnelTech optical component. Furthermore, the advanced radio frequency scanning filters ignore moving curtains and vibrating blinds, minimizing the number of false alarms.
