The Ajax Glassprotect, white, is a compact, battery-powered glass break sensor that sends a wireless alert. The sensor features a sensitive microphone that detects the low-frequency sound of a blow and then the high-frequency sound of shattering glass. This dual detection prevents false alarms from being sent to the system. The glass break sensor can detect broken glass up to 9 meters away. This glass break sensor can only be used in conjunction with an Ajax hub (base station).
