This updated model uses a double push-button design, so an alarm is only triggered when both buttons are pressed simultaneously. This virtually eliminates false alarms. The DoubleButton can be easily added and fully configured via the Ajax app.
The DoubleButton operates completely wirelessly using the Jeweller protocol, which offers long range and high-level encryption. You can configure multiple DoubleButtons to be pressed simultaneously to trigger an alarm, providing additional security in business environments. Thanks to its robust IP55 housing, the button is suitable for intensive use, both indoors and outdoors.
How to use the Ajax DoubleButton
The panic button connects wirelessly to the Ajax base station. Pressing both buttons simultaneously triggers an alarm. In the Ajax app, you can determine whether it's a panic alarm, technical alarm, or other scenario. To prevent false alarms, the DoubleButton can be configured to activate only with a specific press combination or by multiple users simultaneously.
