Smoke detector + CO alarm kit x 1 White SMART

This smoke detector alarm kit consists of a hub base station with LAN internet connection and a smoke detector with CO and heat detection according to the European standard EN 14604 2005. This set can easily be expanded with other alarm sensors, such as magnetic contacts and motion detectors, to create a complete alarm system.

How does the smoke detector alarm kit work?
The white Ajax Hub 1 is the base station for our Ajax SMART alarm systems. Featuring Ethernet (LAN) and an optional GSM connection, it serves as the brain of the system. The Ajax Hub can support 100 components and 50 users. Two-way communication is provided via advanced wireless technology. The Hub can be fully configured, operated, and controlled via smartphone, but a keypad or remote control can also be connected. No monthly fees:
Unlike many alarm systems Ajax alarm systems have no monthly subscription fees. The app is free to use, and any firmware updates are included in the purchase price. Of course, any costs for internet access and/or a connection to an external monitoring station are not included in the purchase price.

Smartphone App:
The smartphone app for iOS and Android allows you to control all components from a central location. The app also sends a push notification in the event of an alarm.

Smoke detector function Ajax Fireprotect Plus:
In the event of smoke development and/or a sudden temperature increase, the audible alarm (85 dB) is activated, along with a light signal, and an alarm notification is sent to the SMART Hub. When installing multiple SMART Smoke Detector Plus units, you can configure them to communicate with each other. Should an incident occur in a room that is too far away acoustically, the alarm signal from the other SMART Smoke Detectors will also be activated. The smoke detector monitors itself, and if excessive dust has accumulated in the detection chamber or the connection to the hub is interrupted, you will receive a warning. All settings and checks are performed via the smartphone app.

CO detection function Ajax Fireprotect Plus:
There are three different situations in which the CO detector can go off:
- 50 ppm (0.005%) for a period of 60-90 minutes
- 100 ppm (0.01%) for a period of 10-40 minutes
- 300 ppm (0.03%) within three minutes
