The SIM Card Listening Module PRO is a professional listening solution with a high-quality external Knowles microphone that can be placed outside the housing via an extended cable (±1 meter). This type GSM listening module is ideal when you want to conceal the module and position the microphone directly in the room to be monitored. You can listen in live via a phone call and, if desired, receive automatic calls upon detection of sound. This hidden listening device is quickly deployable and discreet in use (always use in accordance with privacy legislation).

User-friendly and immediately ready for use

Insert a working SIM card into the SIM card listener module, turn the device on, and call the number listed on the SIM card. The module automatically answers (without an audible click), allowing you to listen in discreetly. Thanks to the combination of a standby time of up to approximately 70 days and a listening time of approximately 25 hours, the PRO is designed for extended use.

Installation in 2 steps

1. Insert a SIM card into the module (preferably with the PIN code/voicemail disabled)

2. Call the SIM card number to listen live immediately

Operation via the mobile network (calling/SMS)

Technically, the SIM card listener module works like a modified mobile phone without a keypad or screen. When you call the number associated with the inserted SIM card, the module automatically answers and activates the microphone. It uses only the mobile voice network (2G, 3G, or 4G)—no internet or data required; the device only uses call minutes. With sound detection activated, the module can also automatically call you back as an audible alert.

Sound detection with automatic call

Configure the module to automatically call when sound is detected. This way, you only receive notifications at relevant times, without having to constantly listen in. Manual dialing is always possible.

Knowles High Range External Microphone

The included Knowles microphone is connected to the module via a thin extension cable, allowing you to position it up to approximately 1 meter away from the electronics. This allows for targeted placement and ensures clear recording quality from several meters away, even with softer voices.

Use on battery, power bank or mains power

The PRO operates completely wirelessly on its internal battery (up to approximately 70 days of standby time, approximately 25 hours of active use). For long-term monitoring, connect the module to a power bank or AC adapter; the module will remain active while charging. Discharge the battery occasionally to maintain optimal capacity.

Confirmation with 3M tape

The SIM card listening module PRO comes with 3M tape to securely and discreetly attach the module to walls, furniture, or other surfaces. Please note: this product is not waterproof and is only suitable for dry indoor use.

Optional recording via telephone recorder

If you want to record conversations while listening in, use a phone recorder like the Sitcon Phone Recorder (SKU 7004) on your own phone. This way, you can easily save clips for later use.
