This GSM PIR motion sensor - Xtreme Life is ideal for securing your property with a single device. The PIR sensor is waterproof and can therefore be used both indoors and outdoors. It also has a magnetic mount and a listen-in function. The rechargeable battery provides up to 12 months of standby time for the PIR GSM detector.
How does the GSM PIR motion alarm work?
The GSM alarm requires a SIM card with a subscription or prepaid credit, which you can link to one or more phone numbers (max. 5). You do this by sending an SMS message to the SIM card in the GSM alarm, specifying the number you want to be notified in the event of an alarm. The GSM alarm will then send an SMS message upon detection of motion. You'll then receive a message on your mobile phone with the status of the PIR motion sensor and the alarm notification. You can call the SIM card number in the GSM alarm up to 15 minutes after the alarm and hear any sounds in the surrounding area, as the microphone is activated.

The GSM alarm is particularly suitable for installation in buildings without a fixed internet and/or telephone connection, such as a boat, garage, or holiday home. It's also possible to install the GSM alarm inside your home. The major advantage of the small GSM alarm is its quick and easy installation thanks to its compact size and (pre-paid) SIM card.
