The safety sticker is self-adhesive, but the surface must first be thoroughly cleaned and degreased.

Place a small piece of tape on the corner of the back of the sticker and press it down. Then carefully remove it, loosening the top layer of plastic. You can then stick the sticker and smooth out any bumps with a ruler, for example.
