GPS tracker system operation:
This GPS tracker system works with a PDA on which software developed by us is installed outside of TomTom and Google Maps. This software makes it possible to set the GPS tracker directly to the desired position and view the positions. The advantage of this system compared to other GPS tracker systems is that because no internet server is used and no one else has access to the locations and they cannot be requested afterwards. In addition to 'anonymous tracking', this GPS tracker system has the following options:

GPS tracker - Trip mode:
The Trip position of the GPS trackers is a position that ensures that the GPS tracker works fully automatically. You set this position by simply pressing a button in the software system and you do not have to send complicated text messages to the GPS tracker. In the GPS tracker there is motion detection that, as soon as you move, sets positions for a set number of minutes. Outside of the position forwarded by the GPS tracker when moving, this GPS tracker indicates when there is no movement for 1 minute and this position is marked as stop. In the supplied PDA all positions are entered in a log file behind which the position states whether it was a start, movement or stop. This makes it easier to check the positions that the GPS tracker has passed on, because it is often mainly about the start and end position.

GPS tracker - Follow position:
The GPS tracker software has a 'follow position' where upon arrival of a new position of the GPS tracker a route is calculated directly from the PDA with TomTom to the GPS tracker. In practice, it comes down to the PDA automatically calculating the new route and driving around 500 - 1000 meters behind a car without being noticed. It is also possible to select old positions of the GPS tracker from the log file so that it is possible to see exactly where the location was. The PDA therefore calculates the route to the position that the tracker provided at that time and you navigate exactly to the correct location.

GPS tracker - Longer battery life:
In addition to software adjustments and a different menu, we have also been able to improve the battery life of the GPS tracker. The problem with many GPS trackers is that they often advertise with the standby mode, which means that the GPS tracker is not used. In practice, this quickly gives disappointments, because such a GPS tracker system is of course purchased for use. With very intensive use, the tracker we make always lasts at least a week and on average 2 weeks. With little use, the battery runtime of the GPS tracker can be 1 to 2 months.

In addition to the long battery life of the GPS tracker, the design has also been improved. The GPS tracker has become smaller, but even more important than that is the new appearance, making it almost unnoticeable even if the car is on a bridge, for example.
